Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped via Evri (formerly Hermes) — a trusted UK-based courier known for affordable, tracked delivery.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is shipped, including your tracking number.

🇬🇧 UK Shipping Only (for now)

We currently only ship within the United Kingdom.
(If you’re outside the UK and would like to purchase, feel free to contact us directly.)

Shipping Rates & Options

Standard Tracked - 2–4 working days - £3.99

Express Tracked (Evri Next Day **1–2 working days) £4.99

Note: Delivery times are estimates provided by Evri and may vary during peak periods (holidays, sales, etc.).

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your Evri tracking number. You can track your parcel via:

Missed or Lost Deliveries

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
If a parcel is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact Evri and then reach out to us within 7 days.
We are not responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect addresses.

Shipping Delays

While we aim to dispatch quickly, delays may occur due to:

High order volumes (e.g., sale periods)
Courier disruptions
Weather or public holidays

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated time, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Clear photos of the damage
A description of the issue
