a. Client Onboarding

Services begin after an initial consultation, contract agreement, and/or payment. Each service package will have its own scope, timelines, and deliverables.

b. Cancellations & Refunds

Service cancellations must be requested in writing. Refunds may be granted at our discretion based on how much work has already been completed.

c. Intellectual Property

Any content created for clients (e.g. social posts, captions, graphics) remains the intellectual property of Eminence Socials until full payment is received, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Payments

We accept payment via secure third-party processors (e.g. Stripe, PayPal, etc.). All transactions are processed in GBP. By purchasing, you agree to provide accurate and complete payment information.

6. Returns & Refunds (Products)
